The circus is not half as popular or as easy to see as it once was. However, this incredible city has an event specifically dedicated to celebrating this exciting act. Hand in Hand Circus Festival is a fiesta of modern circus performances that takes place every year for several days in June. So this year the kids asked us to visit Philadelphia, so we rented a car and went to this festival.
