At Re Fresh he gave a presentation entitled Agile hard way in which he showed on numerous examples what the approach to programming looked like in the s of the twentieth century the difficulties faced by even the largest companies. the changes introduced by the Agile manifesto and showed the most common mistakes made in various enterprises for example what problems resulted when some of the manifesto's postulates were not respected. Fortunately you can learn from mistakes so in the presentation John focused largely on the conclusions that emerged from them thanks to which we can implement them in our company.
John also told us about the mistakes and solutions he introduced in Spotify. Adam Kawa CEO and Co founder at GetInData an outstanding specialist in Big Data. At Re Fresh we had the pleasure of listening to his presentation entitled Big Data practical experience of its use on the example of real applications . The presentation contained a lot of examples and was based on experiences and observations from working with Big Data at Spotify Allegro and many other large corporations.

In the presentation Agile Guilty or Innocent People and communication over processes and tools” presented the changes that have taken place within FreshMail which has more than doubled in size over the last three years. Karolina drew attention to communication between employees and presented examples of real life situations from which it is worth drawing conclusions.
